1. Service Agreement

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate property information and access instructions
• Secure any pets during service visits
• Maintain clear access to your yard
• Pay for services according to our payment terms
• Give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations

2. Service Delivery

Our commitment to you includes:

• Performing yard cleaning services during agreed-upon time slots
• Using appropriate equipment and disposal methods
• Following local regulations for waste disposal
• Notifying you of any issues that prevent service completion
• Providing photographic evidence of service completion upon request

3. Payment Terms

Our payment policies include:

• Payment is required at the time of booking for one-time services
• Recurring service payments are processed on the 1st of each month
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are available only for services not yet rendered
• A $25 fee applies for returned payments

4. Liability and Insurance

While we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage, our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions or damage caused by factors outside our control.

5. Service Cancellation

Our cancellation policies are as follows:

• 24-hour notice required for service cancellation
• Late cancellations may incur a 50% service charge
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount
• Weather-related cancellations by our team incur no charge

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
